I am so excited to announce a new product we are offering at Autumn Olive Photography.  It is the Pocket Album. It is a 5×5 square album that can hold 20-40 pages. Although it is not “the size of your pocket”, it is a great product to take around to easily show your friends and family!

Here are some more photographs of this fun couple, Matt and Sandy! It was so great to get together with the two of you and good luck on the marathon Sandy!

What a great photography session in Chicago! Here are some more photographs from the session!  :) Does he not have the most amazing eyes? :)

Here are a few more of Rich and Nicole!!

Kristen (great name by the way) is such a great girl! Seriously, she is not only beautiful, but smart and funny!  I mean, what else could you ask for! ?  I have known Kristen for years! She grew up in the Chicago area and her 8th grade year, her family moved to Central Illinois (where I lived).  Our friendship didn’t come until 9th grade.  We met in church.  We both could not find the High School  Sunday school class.  Kristen, you know, the one where our Sunday school teacher brought donuts in every morning but we would never eat because their were way too many calories (or maybe that was just me..haha). Our friendship started in church, and of course grew outside of Church. Even though our lives have taken us in completely different directions (her city, me country), we still have this friendship that is amazingly comfortable and non judgemental.

Well, I actually visited the Chicago area twice in the short time I was in Illinois. The second time was to take photos of this beautiful newborn and 3 year old! Although it was a long day, I am so glad we made the trek up there!  Lily was only 4 weeks old and wide awake the whole time! She is such a good baby, and she has a great big brother to take care of her! This session had two parts….we went to Grandma’s to get some great outdoor shots later in the afternoon (what an amazing yard)!! Here are just a few from the session….more to come! :)

I love the image above! He was so excited to throw his pillow…can you tell?

This is grandma’s backyard! Isn’t it beautiful? I love this image in that it shows how small Benjamin really is!!  :)

Here is just a quick preview of the beautiful Beth….more to come! :)

As some of you may know, I was in Illinois for about 5 days last week! Not only did I visit with family and friends, but I also had sessions from Chicago to Champaign and feel blessed to have made many new friends along the way! :) This week is going to be such a great week! I am only back in NC long enough to catch my breath, then will be heading to SC for a couple days to do some sessions and with some beautiful people! :) Many great blog posts to come!

Here is just one photo from Chicago of Matt and Sandy! This couple will make you laugh over and over again!! The night was just falling on us, but I love the lighting in this image along with the expression on this couple’s face!!

I am currently in Illinois visiting and doing some sessions (sessions I cannot wait to post about :) ), but I wanted to post a few more from this session last week first!!

Before the session even started I captured this moment…look at her hair and eyes!

Little Ty and Macey are just the cutest! We went up to their grandparents cabin (my dream home one day) to help set the tone for the session. This cabin is amazing….everything is designed to replicate an 1800’s cabin! Oh, and the children just love this place!  From the old dolls and hats, to the old school books and axes…this place is a dream come true for any child (and adult) to visit. We all played in the house, outside in the woods, walked the long gravel drive, and ended up in the creek at the end! :) Here are a few from the session…more to come! :)

She loved this old hat!

And the necklace…she thought she could slip them over her head, but mom had to help out!

The Ty man reading a book in the bedroom….

Just being a boy….but of course, sister had to hang out too…:)
