It looked like it was going to storm all evening, but we got the session in between showers! This sweet one just turned 1!!  How cute is she?

What a great family! They all came together for a long weekend at the Rumbling Bald Resort in Lake Lure for their parents 40th Anniversary!  The kiddos were adorable too!!  The Rumbling Bald Resort especially holds a place in my heart since that is where I got married over 3 years ago! Love this place!!

That’s right! I am back and in full swing!  I mostly took off the month of June to spend time with my sweet little girl that I had at the end of May!  It really is crazy the joy your own baby can bring…I never understood it fully until having our own!  I will be catching up on blog post in the next week or so…but for now, just wanna show off some pictures I have taken of our little girl within the first month!  She has changed so much and is a little chunk now!

I was working on some work in my office the other day and looked at this picture again.  Something was drawing me to it more and more so I played around with it and could not be happier with the outcome!  How can you not love those eyes and little teeth!

A Boudoir session is a great way to embrace your body at any time in your life.  It seems that most woman that have had these sessions done decide to do them right before their wedding (after putting in all that hard work into their body for that wedding dress)… and surprise their man with them.  These images can be put into a leather album so that your partner can have a nice book of the images. These session are so classy and really are a lot of fun.  There is no nudity (as some think) and are done with the utter most class. These images are also confidential and will never be shared with anyone!

What to think about?

Location: Would you rather have it done in a nice hotel room, or in your bedroom?

What to bring:  Bring many changes of clothing.  Some choose lingerie, a button down shirt of their mans, or a cute cocktail dress works too. Heels always add a nice touch as well. Remember, these are supposed to be fun, and make you feel beautiful.  Embrace your body no matter what size/shape it is! 

A make-up artist and hairstylist can also be arranged for these sessions and to give you touch-ups through out the session.

Lizzy and Miles are getting married in October and we took some time to do a “mini” engagement session!  Her laugh is beautiful!!

What a great (and big) family! I always thought it would be so much fun to have many siblings!  Mom and dad had all of their children together and they were just all smiles!  There was also the celebration of the new arrival that brought a smile to everyone’s face! 

After a week of rain, it was refreshing to have a sunny morning! The lighting was perfect and the kiddos have grown sooo much from last year when I did their pictures!  You can just tell these cousins are close. When I asked the little one who her best friends were, she said her cousin’s names. How sweet is that!

She was shy at first, but by the end of the session, she wanted to go off with me and just get her photos done by herself!  Too cute!

Natalie and I had a great afternoon of going around downtown Asheville!  I believe this might have been the last fall day with colors before all of this rain!  Hope you enjoy the peak Natalie!
